Shipperly is currently accepting beta inquiries by email and discovery-call requests. When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to send.
- Email address, name, role, agency name, website, and contact details included in your message.
- Information about your agency, launch workflow, client portal needs, project volume, blockers, or readiness process.
- Scheduling details and call notes if you request a discovery conversation.
- Basic website analytics and technical data such as page views, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location when analytics tools are enabled.
How we use information
- Respond to beta, contact, and discovery-call requests.
- Understand whether Shipperly is a fit for your agency workflow.
- Improve the marketing site, positioning, onboarding, and beta experience.
- Maintain basic business records and protect the site from spam, abuse, or security issues.
How information is stored
Beta and contact requests are stored in the email inboxes, calendar tools, notes, and business systems used by Shipperly to respond to inquiries. Website analytics may be processed by analytics providers configured for this site. We do not ask you to send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, payment credentials, SSH keys, private tokens, or other secrets.
Retention
We keep beta and contact inquiry records while we evaluate, operate, and improve the beta program, and then retain them only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, security, or audit purposes. You can ask us to delete or update inquiry information unless we need to keep it for a valid legal or operational reason.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate email, analytics, scheduling, hosting, security, and business systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Shipperly, users, or the public.
Your choices and data requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help by emailing hello@shipperly.co. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with privacy rights, include your country or region so we can route the request appropriately.
