Section 01

Review questions

  • What is still open, and which open items actually block launch?
  • Who owns each blocker, and what specific action resolves it?
  • Which blockers are overdue, unassigned, or waiting on a client decision?
  • Which items can move to post-launch if the final approver accepts the exception?
  • What next client action and next agency action are needed today?
Section 02

Blocker categories

  • Launch authority: final approver, launch scope, approval decision, or exception approval is unclear.
  • Access: domain, DNS, CMS, hosting, analytics, Search Console, form, or integration path is unresolved.
  • Content and legal: critical copy, policy, compliance, or stakeholder approval is incomplete.
  • Technical readiness: forms, redirects, indexing, analytics, ecommerce, booking, or QA has launch-critical risk.
  • Availability: client owner, IT contact, agency deployer, or backup contact is unavailable during the launch window.
Section 03

Outcome

  • Resolve now: blocker must be completed before launch can proceed.
  • Escalate: owner or approver needs help to unblock the decision.
  • Approve exception: launch can proceed only if the final approver accepts the risk.
  • Defer: item is non-blocking and moves to the post-launch list.
