Section 01

What is still open, and which open items actually block launch?
Who owns each blocker, and what specific action resolves it?
Which blockers are overdue, unassigned, or waiting on a client decision?
Which items can move to post-launch if the final approver accepts the exception?
What next client action and next agency action are needed today?

Section 02

Launch authority: final approver, launch scope, approval decision, or exception approval is unclear.
Access: domain, DNS, CMS, hosting, analytics, Search Console, form, or integration path is unresolved.
Content and legal: critical copy, policy, compliance, or stakeholder approval is incomplete.
Technical readiness: forms, redirects, indexing, analytics, ecommerce, booking, or QA has launch-critical risk.
Availability: client owner, IT contact, agency deployer, or backup contact is unavailable during the launch window.

Section 03

Resolve now: blocker must be completed before launch can proceed.
Escalate: owner or approver needs help to unblock the decision.
Approve exception: launch can proceed only if the final approver accepts the risk.
Defer: item is non-blocking and moves to the post-launch list.
